3 Shoe Trends, 2 Style Nuances & 1 New Brand To Know
I am trying to think of something to put in this subtitle but the only thing in my brain is you wanna guessssss
We are currently living in a time that’s not defined by one specific trend. We are kind of in no man’s land AND I LIKE IT. One of my favorite men’s fashion newsletter, Sprezza, wrote a beautiful article about it - it’s worth checking out. Basically what this means is that everything is in. You can do no wrong. But in case you want to know what’s going to be out there this season - here you go. Part 1.
Fall Shoes Trends
Square Toe
YSL and Balmain almost exclusively showed looks with square toe shoes. I have to say, it has taken me a minute to get into this trend - even in woman’s wear -but I am now fully obsessed. I think these shoes look best with long straight leg pants.
Ballet Flats
I know this sounds crazy but I actually really love ballet flats on men. They look great with colored socks and a pair of shorts or a cropped pant. Above is what it looks like on the runway. But below, is what it looks like in the real world. Cool, no?
Adidas Taekwondo
This one gives me personal PTSD because I actually did Taekwondo for 12 years of my adolesent life. But my job is to report on trends not be bias about them so here you go - Adidas Taekwondo shoes will be pretty popular this season *eyeroll*.
Fall Style Nuances
Silk scarf over head
I know this style nuance isn’t new, the boys have been doing this since festival season, but I prefer it during fall. SO CHIC.
Sweater to the side over shoulders
Auralee styled sweaters over the shoulder like this and I LOVE. I will only be styling my sweaters like this for the remainder of the year.
