It’s no secert that the lore of adidas sneakers is going no where anytime soon. however, we are at a point in the cultural obsession where the basics are just that… basic. So here are 3 upcoming collabs you’re going to want to cop if you don’t want to look like all the other guys in these streets.
Wales Bonner - Dropping: October 24, 2024
There is no doubt that Grace Wales Bonner is THE collaborator of the last few seasons. And luckily for the sneaker universe, the dynamic duo is once again blessing us with stunning new pieces. The fall/winter collection will feature 5 shoes; 4 Sambas and 1 Superstar. They all have sort of croc pattern going on that I love. Additionally, the colorways are so beautiful and perfect for fall.
END. - Dropping: October 25, 2024
The global fashion retailer END. clothing collabs with Adidas for the “Laundromat” capsule which offers a fresh take on thee timeless models: the Gazelle Indoor, SL72, and prototype TRX. All reimagined in subtle, garment dyed suede.
Dr. Strange - Dropping: Sometime October 2024
Marvel has joined forced with Adidas to bring us a collection inspired by Dr. Strange. The capsule features three silhouettes: the Gazelle Indoor, Handball Spezial, and New York, each uniquely linked to the films.
Over Shirts
Deemed to be the greatest layering piece of all time, an absolute fall wardrobe essential -the over shirt, deserves a spotlight in Baliwood. Here are my current favorite 3 (more linked in my ShopMy):
I have raved about this brand in a few posts, but it’s finally true fall and I think this shirt deserves its moment in the sun. I am obsessed with the cut and fit of WABM’s Transition Over Shirt. It is perfectly cropped and boxy, giving just the right amount of trendy and relaxed. Pair with black/gray wash jean and a Chelsea boot.
Very beautiful. The texture on this shirt is just so good. It has a nice regular fit, so it would be perfect to wear to work, as well as, on a night out. Pair with chinos, a white tee and desert boots.
Probably the warmest of the three options. The lining is insulated with Primaloft (which is what high end outdoor-y clothing uses). The pattern is very quintessentially fall, but still classic and timeless. Pair with light wash denim, a hiking boot and finish the look off with a leather jacket.
How To Wear Olive Green
Practically a neutral at this point, olive green is working hard this fall. Flattering on almost all skin tones and easy to pair with a variety of different colors - you are going to want to style olive green this season, trust me. Here are a few ways to make the color work for you.
